Stephen Hochstrasser started his own hardwood flooring company in Los Angeles 35 years ago. He worked closely with designers, architects, and builders at the top of their respective fields and quickly built a reputation as a specialist in all aspects of hardwood flooring (custom color matching, wire brushing, texturing, European oak graining, hand distressing, antiquing, inlays, patterns, treads, risers, skirts and caps, etc.) He is known to perform well under extremely sensitive conditions, working for high-profile clients on projects that have been featured in Architectural Design magazine. He is a perfectionist at his craft, displaying meticulous attention to detail. He is a cancer survivor who ensures innovative personalized solutions and remains up to date on industry trends and healthier product and equipment alternatives. He is exceptionally passionate about his industry and goes above and beyond to ensure you are guaranteed to love your floors while achieving the highest return on your flooring investment.
Steve is joined by his wife, Elaine, who has spent the last 32 years working in the Corporate Business Sector and Non-Profits. With their move to Colorado Springs, she is now fully invested in G3 Flooring, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, scheduling, contracts, product sourcing, ordering, invoicing, debtors, customer relations, social media, and all matters relating to staff. Together this dynamic duo is a formidable professional team that will give you elevated customer service and unparalleled workmanship!
